Full Program Preview

Besides the two events open to all, our club offers a diverse range of events and activities scheduled throughout the day and evening to suit every lifestyle. 

While many of our regular meetups - including our two book clubs and eight language conversation groups (English, German, and French) — are for members only, we also host events like our Evening Get-Together every first Friday, where spouses and partners are warmly welcome. 

Members are encouraged to join our interest groups: IWC Cinema Lovers, IWC Concert Crew, IWC Art Salon and our outdoor walking group, IWC in Motion. Unlike the regular meetups, these are WhatsApp groups for casual chat and arranging get-togethers. 

The program team organizes special monthly activities such as day trips to neighboring towns, boat cruises, museum tours, cooking classes and lunches. These offer great opportunities for members to enjoy new experiences while connecting with an international community of women. 

Every November, we celebrate a traditional Potluck Thanksgiving Dinner with Club International, an event we are happy to open to family members as well. Attendees are asked to bring along a side dish or dessert to share. 

The Holiday Bazaar in December is our large end-of-the-year party. Organised by our charity team, all proceeds from the event go directly to the local charities we support.

The bazaar features a combination of member contributions. On the day, we hold a Donation Draw and sales of handmade items. We also sell tickets for our members' upcoming talent events. 

In addition, members will share personal Christmas holiday stories on stage, and the IWC Choir will perform. The group practises together twice before the concert, and it is truly impressive to hear them perform new songs in several languages after such a short time!
